Pronunciation Tips

“Excuse me” /ɪkˈskjuːz mi/

Link “ex-cuse” and reduce “me” slightly: ’scuse me (casual).

“How much is it?” /haʊ mʌt͡ʃ ɪz ɪt/

Linking: “is it” → izzit /ˈɪzɪt/ in casual speech.
