Store Dialogue (Return/Exchange)

You: Hi, I’d like to return these shoes. They don’t fit me.

Clerk: Do you have the receipt?

You: Yes, here it is. I bought them last week.

Clerk: Would you like a refund or an exchange?

You: An exchange, please. I’d like a larger size.

Clerk: No problem. I’ll check if we have that size in stock.
